  2. Quick Question: Why, under the terms for international students, does the employer’s package have a tuition increase of $250 while the union’s package has a tuition increase of $753? I’m more than willing to give the union the benefit of the doubt here, and I don’t want to be distracting from the important bargaining work that is currently taking place, but please explain why the union appears to be petitioning the university to increase international fees. Thanks.
